Where we deliver, and what it costs

United Kingdom	£4.99 — free on orders of £50 or more

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. We are not able to ship anywhere else at the moment, and checkout will not offer a delivery option for other countries.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days of dispatch. Each product page shows the estimate for that particular item, because it varies with where the item is prepared.

These are estimates based on how our fulfilment partners have performed, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier backlogs and weather can all add time, and none of them are within our control. If your order is taking noticeably longer than the estimate, email us and we will chase it.

Dispatch

Your order is dispatched once our fulfilment partner has prepared it. You will get a dispatch confirmation by email at that point. Some items are dispatched from outside the United Kingdom.

Orders containing more than one item may arrive in more than one parcel, and not necessarily on the same day. You are not charged twice for that.

Tracking

Your dispatch email includes tracking whenever the carrier provides it, which is the case for the great majority of our orders. If your tracking has not updated for several days, that is usually the parcel moving between carriers rather than a problem, but tell us and we will look into it. If an order ships on a service that does not offer tracking, we will say so in the dispatch email rather than leave you refreshing a link that will never move.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully before you order. Once an order is dispatched we cannot redirect it. If a parcel is returned to the sender because the address was wrong or nobody could take delivery, we will refund the goods once it reaches us, less the delivery cost.

Something wrong with your delivery

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, email hello@avenrow.co.uk with your order number and a photograph. See our Returns & Refunds policy for what happens next; we pay the postage on anything that is our mistake.
